This retreat of wellbeing, pleasure, and balance is for you who long for peace, recovery, sunshine, gentle movement, and a sense of ease – without expectations or roles.
During the retreat, we settle into the restorative energy and tranquility of the fells, listening to the voice of our own heart.

We get to hear the inspiring stories of wellness coach Karita Aaltonen and travel entrepreneur Heidi Jokela and a female entrepreneur to be announced later. Where have they found creativity and inspiration to act without prejudice and as pioneers. What does it take to dare to jump ahead of the heart to the edge of something new and find your own way of doing work that is productive but also "passionate" at the same time.

Arctic nature is powerful and connecting with the ancient wisdom of the fells – the grounding energy of mother earth – is a wonderful experience. We can snowshoe in the glow of spring snow on the fells, enjoy gentle yoga and relax to the vibration of the Lapland drum. This long weekend is full of wonderful trips and inspiring lectures in the enchantment of the fells.

What do I need to bring?

You need weather-appropriate outdoor clothes and equipment, a yoga mat (if you have one), flexible/comfortable clothes for yoga, woolen socks and other comfortable loungewear, a swimsuit and things necessary for taking notes.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 31 days or less before the event
