Mindfulness in scenic Levi fell landscape

Step away from the noise of everyday life and into the calm of Lapland’s open fells on this mindful journey to the summit of Levi. This experience combines breathtaking northern landscapes with gentle wellbeing practices — creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

The tour begins with a short transfer from Levi village center (Polar Star Travel Office) to the Gondola lift station, or you can meet us directly at the Gondola. From there, we ascend smoothly to the summit of Levi Fell, rising above the treetops as the landscape opens into wide, expansive views.

At the top, we enter a tundra-like environment shaped by wind, light, and open sky. On clear days, the views stretch far across Lapland — even reaching toward Sweden. We begin a relaxed walk across the fell plateau, moving at an unhurried pace and allowing time to fully take in the silence and space around us.

During the walk, we pause for guided mindfulness exercises and gentle body awareness practices. These simple moments help you tune into your breath, your body, and the surrounding nature — enhancing the calming effect of the landscape. The fresh air, soft light, and vast open scenery create a powerful setting for relaxation and presence.

Your guide also shares insights into the Arctic environment, adding depth and meaning to the experience while keeping the focus on calm and connection.

After our time on the fell, we descend back toward Levi village either by walking along scenic paths or taking the lift, depending on weather and group preference. The tour ends back at Levi Village Center.

This experience is a peaceful blend of nature, movement, and mindfulness — a chance to restore your energy, clear your mind, and experience Lapland in a deeply grounding way.

Excursion requires basic fitness condition.

What do I need to bring?

Outdoor clothing according to the weather, hiking boots, water to drink, mosquito repellent, sun glasses and sun lotion, if needed.

Cancellation policy

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event
• We will charge a cancellation fee of 30% if booking is cancelled 30 days or less before the event
